While cycling today from the Ventura beach bike path I was southbound in the right lane on Pierpont Blvd. Stopping at the stop sign at Seaward Ave, I looked down and found a SmartPhone face down on the pavement at the intersection of Pierpont Blvd and Seaward Avenue. It looked like it may have fallen out of someone's bicycle jersey or off their bicycle. The glass screen is broken but when I push the power button it vibrates and seems to turn on. Even though it needs a new screen there might be a lot of important data and photos that could be recovered from it.
