The goal is to work directly with ThrottleNet’s seasoned sales and account representatives, learn the company’s selling processes, and become a full-time outside sales representative after one year of employment. Job qualifications include a strong knowledge of the Office Suite of products including Word/Excel/PPT, the ability to anticipate the needs of the sales team, the ability to follow-up and/or schedule appointments when the sales staff are out of the office (inbound leads only), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This career offers paid healthcare for the employee (health, dental, vision), life insurance (policy paid by company), 3 weeks PTO, open-book management profit sharing, 401k with corporate matching, and a modern recently built office environment. The salary is $35,000 - $45,000 per year. Candidates must have a high school diploma, some college is preferred. Those with experience may receive the higher starting pay.
