Local real estate company is looking to hire a part time handyman. The hours will vary but will increase in the future. You can work day or night and set your own hours. The pay is $20/hour and I will reimburse for materials. Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around Angel Fire. For example: installing new door knobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties, and help with staging, moving and lifting. If you can paint and do minor drywall repairs that is a huge bonus. You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor.
