Registration is Now Open for our Wild Culinary 3-Day Workshop - Ages 8 to 12. Wild CulinaryOur 3-Day Workshops introduce the concept of social responsibility to Arizona foster kids, inspiring them to look deeper at problems they wish to solve. What do they need to learn to make it possible and what careers align to further their causes? Here, experiential l earning provides hands-on discovery that gives participants a chance to try out new and creative problem-solving opportunities. Our Culinary Project brings youth together with industry leaders in the Food & Hospitality world. Working side-by-side, our youth learn about the people and where food actually comes from, what balanced nutrition looks like, in-restaurant and catering service options as well as how to prepare specific dishes and serve them. Our participants experience culinary and hospitality awareness, catering, home economics, farmers market, life skills of eating healthy and event planning.
