Looking to rehome brother cats

Sir whiskers is the one with the extra black spot on his nose and Gerald is the one with just a black nose. They have grown up together and I would like them to stay as a pair and not get split up. They are a little over a year old and are fixed, up to date on they’re shots. They do good with dogs not sure about other cats. We just cannot keep them because our dog does not get along with them.
