Staffinders in cooperation with our client in the Solon area is looking to fill 25+ frozen food order pickers on second shift and 25 + on third. These are NOT temporary positions, but opportunities to have long term meaningful employment with a respected area food supplier. Pay: $15.25/hr. including shift differentials and performance bonuses Order Picker Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Positive/Upbeat attitude and ability to work well with others • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Order Picker Responsibilities: • Use headset to accurately pick items from warehouse • Use automatic pallet wrapper after palletizing product • Contribute to monthly meetings and share creative ideas to help continuously improve best practices. • Respect safety laws always • Operate electric pallet jack • Be efficient and utilize good time management • Utilize internal shipping and receiving software Order Picker Comp Package: • $15.25 • 2nd and 3rd shift available.
