Take part in a time-honored South Carolina tradition by attending the Official Ring Ceremony Sunday, April 18. The UofSC Alumni Association is committed to celebrating your accomplishments at UofSC. Receiving your ring is such a huge step in your Gamecock journey, which is why we are inviting you to the Spring 2021 Ring Ceremony at the Pastides Alumni Center on Sunday, April 18. Register for a timed ticket to pick up your ring and go through a series of celebrations at the Alumni Center. During the celebration, take photos with your #UofSCRing with President Caslen, at our photo booth and with Cocky. You’ll also have the opportunity to watch a video of our traditional ring program where you'll hear from Garnet Circle leadership; Alumni Association Board of Governors President, Robin Roberts; and UofSC President, Bob Caslen. For the safety of our guests, masks will be required for the duration of the Spring 2021 Ring Ceremony. Social distancing guidelines will be followed, and hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the Pastides Alumni Center. There will also be a two guest per student/alumni ring participant limit, and students/alumni receiving a ring MUST register for a timed ticket in advance. Don’t feel comfortable attending Ring Ceremony in person? No worries! We will email the Spring 2021 Ring Ceremony video to all 2020 and 2021 ring purchasers on Sunday, April 18 at 2 p.m. You must have purchased your ring by Friday, February 19 to be eligible to participate in the Spring 2021 Ring Ceremony. If you purchased your UofSC ring in 2020 and didn't have an in-person Ring Ceremony experience but would like the opportunity to attend the celebration and take a photo with President Caslen, please register!
