Description

A simple Eucharist followed by time to walk the labyrinth with others. One ticket equals one bench. When you reserve a bench you will be contacted so we can know how many people are coming with you. What to expect: Plan to arrive on campus at a little before 4 pm. At 3:50 pm, put on your mask and come to the labyrinth. Plan to be seated by 4 . Use the hand sanitizer provided and then go to your assigned bench. Households can sit together. Children are welcome to sit on a blanket or small chair in front of parents, or you may reserve a second bench for your family. Please note that masks are required for everyone over the age of 2. Please bring your own face mask or covering with you and wear it throughout your time on campus. Restrooms are for emergency use only and must be cleaned after every use. Check your health: Before arriving, ask yourself how you have been feeling. Do not attend if anyone in the household is experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, loss of energy, nausea, loss of taste/smell or other symptoms of COVID-19 or other communicable disease. If you believe any of you have been exposed to COVID-19, regardless of your current symptoms, please do not attend. The Church reserves the right to ask those expressing symptoms to separate from the group, leaving the grounds of the Church until you are feeling better and symptom-free. By registering, you agree to abide by the guidelines above. You also agree to give us your contact information. The Church will gather and maintain contact information of all in attendance to facilitate any communication or contact tracing that could become necessary in the event a case of COVID-19 is identified among those who participated. You are reserving a bench through Eventbrite. One ticket = one bench. To be sure we do not exceed the 50-person limit, you may be contacted to find out how many in your family are actually attending. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation in Eventbrite or email [email protected] so the next person on the waiting list can attend. Please do not assign your reservation to someone else. If you have trouble with Eventbrite, contact Meg at [email protected] and she will help you register.
