BALDWIN HILLS, CA — Authorities Tuesday identified a motorist who was killed in a crash in the Baldwin Hills area of Los Angeles. The crash was reported at 1:53 a.m. Monday near Jefferson and National boulevards, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Abel Obeso, 29, of Anaheim died at the scene, according to the LAPD and the Los Angeles County coroner's office. An LAPD traffic sergeant said the vehicle crashed through a fence and ended up in a flood control channel. - City News Service
