***VOLT is NOW HIRING For a 2ND SHIFT - MAINTENANCE MECHANIC in MURRIETA CA.*** Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with an Auto Parts Distribution Center who is in search of an EXPERIENCED 2ND SHIFT Maintenance Mechanic in the City of MURRIETA CA. SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday (3:00PM - 11:30PM) with possible weekends if needed but rare. MUST be able to TRAIN for 3 WEEKS on the 1st shift 9:00AM - 5:30PM. Pay Rate:$20.00 an hour Experience/Requirements:Respond to line and equipment callsComplete preventative maintenance assignmentsServe as an operations partner in repairing, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance and complete orders in the CMMS.Troubleshoot and diagnose various processing and packaging equipment to determine nature and extent repairs or alterations requiredThe ability to Lift up to 50 poundsTroubleshoot and repair conveyors, packing machinesMinimum 2 - 5 years + of Maintenance Mechanic experienceKnowledge of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Construction trades.Proficient in Welding (TIG/MIG/ARC) – Design and Fabricate equipment for production linesPLC Systems, Forklifts, Metal Abrasive Equipment (Alternator /Starter Test Bench Repairs)Mill/Lathe Experience PreferredGeneral Proficiency in AC/DC Motors, Motor Controllers and Test EquipmentWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations.Ensures the maintenance area is organized, neat and clean. Identifies and acts immediately regarding any safety hazards, spills, etc... Uses safe lifting techniques and operate powered equipment in a safe manner.Abide by all state and federal regulations while performing work - i.e.: lockout/tagout procedures Education Requirements:Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 - 5 yearsHigh school diploma or GED.
