Job Description Title: 3G Technician Duration: 6 month contract - possible hire Location: Macon, GA techs needed in Cordele/Douglas/Tifton areas Day-to-Day Insight Global is currently looking for multiple Field Technicians for a Fortune 500 Electronic Security client in multiple locations within the US. This positions requires you to use your own vehicle for travel. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while driving customer loyalty and quality interactions through servicing, programming, configuring, troubleshooting, and converting existing security and site automation solutions including, but not limited to security, fire and monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. Must-haves - 2+ years of experience within IT, low voltage, cabling, 3G, installation, or applicable industry experience - Current valid State Driver's License and Vehicle - Excellent customer service and communication skills Plusses - Hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or setting up devices (security cameras, alarm systems, etc.) - Other devices: Network/Wi-Fi in small homes, wires/cabling in residential locations (CAT5, CAT6, etc.), phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.
