Stroke Support Group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Stroke survivors and their caregivers often need help adjusting to the changes in their lives. Connecting with other survivors and caregivers to share experiences, information and advice can be incredibly beneficial. We hope you will consider joining our support group.
