PHOENIX ā A Phoenix man called police Sunday evening to report a break-in at his apartment, but he ended the night in handcuffs instead.
The Phoenix Police Department said that John Harbison, 42, called offiucers to report a burglar at his apartment near 13th Avenue and Roosevelt Street. When officers arrived at Harbison's home, no burglar was found there was no evidence of a break-in.
Instead, cops found a large stash of drugs and drug paraphernalia, including thousands of blue fentanyl pills and a baggie full of a white substance officers believed to be meth. The drugs were in plain view, according to police.

He was taken into custody and now faces several felony drug charges. His bail has been set at $5,000.
It was unclear Monday if Harbison had retained a lawyer.
