I am a stay at home mom and I am doing like a nanny share kind of thing with a few other families. I'm the nanny and we all share my home. I have one boy who is my daughters age and 2 more kids who come part time who are younger. I'm looking for somebody else who needs full-time care. It's cool if your kiddo is a bit younger or older, I like that little ones get the chance to work with bigger kids- they both get so much out of it. I love to give them the feeling that they are empowered to explore and discover with open ended play choices. I follow the natural cues of the children, and encourage them to notice their own bodies cues for things such as feeling hungry, tired, like they need to go potty, like needing a break, and more. I provide a space where they help construct the structure of the day and it becomes predictable and safe for them. I'm not gonna talk about rates because I'd rather discuss something fair, than name a price. I feel like naming a price discourages the chance for us to connect and negotiate. I think everyone should be able to negotiate a fair price for something that is important to them such as child care. I like to have hours between 7 am and 6 pm and can work with your schedule any time in that range. My family and other families are vaccinated from covid-19 already, but we all still take precautions and practice social distancing in our lives. I love the littlest among us and it brings me great joy to share my skills and experience with other parents to raise our children well.
