JZ’S Drywall is hiring a fulltime Driver to deliver materials and equipment to jobsites around the Phoenix area. Bilingual, a positive attitude, and dependability are a must. Typical shift is Monday to Friday 6AM-3PM with occasional overtime when necessary. Along with following standard company procedures and safety requirements, qualified applicants must be able to fulfill the following job responsibilities and duties. Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age and have clean driving record. • Must be able to pass E-Verify • Bilingual a must • Ability to walk with, carry, and lift heavy material or equipment up to 100 lbs. • Possess a cellphone with knowledge of Google Maps. • Experience around construction sites preferred. • Strong time management and the willingness to adhere to assigned schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. • Willingness to learn with a positive attitude. • Show common curtesy and be respectful to anyone you come in contact with. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Review and verify material orders and pick up at suppliers for delivery to job sites. • Verify delivery locations are correct and proper materials are left in a safe location. • Pick up and move excess materials and/or equipment from one job site to another and maintain a daily log of moved items. • Assist with the erection and/or take down of scaffolding. • Clean waste and/or scrap out jobsites as directed. • Comprehend multiple directions and deliveries while demonstrating good self-time management. • Communicate with supervisor(s) regarding progress and/or problems daily.
