We are an established and growing construction company, specializing in patio covers and enclosures. We have a great team here and are looking for a positive, hard working person to join us. We are currently hiring for all positions; these position are full time Monday-Friday. Lead positions and helpers needed immediately, plenty of room for growth and promotions. Patio cover experience a huge plus! Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsible for all aspects of patio construction process from beginning to final completion. Follow process and procedures for a high-quality build and excellent customer experience. Ensure that homeowner is satisfied with completed job and their overall experience with CW Designs. Requires cutting aluminum, caulking, climbing ladders and paying attention to fine details. Strong customer service skills and attitude Willing to learn and get constructive feed back Consistent work available Mon – Fri 7:30-4:30. Must be available for extended work hours as required. Valid U.S. Driver’s License / Clean Driving Record Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistent basis, including lifting up to 100 pounds. 3+ years of Construction experience, Aluminum construction experience preferred but not needed
