Yard and Gutter Cleanup Needed

Looking for someone to clean up small yard (less than 1/4 acre), driveway, and back deck from leaves. Also, need the rear gutter cleaned out (can be accessed from the deck). Leaves may be bagged OR raked/ blown over backyard into the woods - whatever's easier. You must provide rake/ leaf blower and ladder. All areas to be cleaned are shown in the attached pictures. Please provide a dollar estimate in your response.
