Full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew members wanted to complete commercial landscaping projects in brand new territory around the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Position will be year-round.  Duties include but not limited to: lawn maintenance, weeding, trimming, mulching, planting, lawn and property cleanup, snow removal and property maintenance, open to projects outside of landscaping in the construction industry. All employees will be considered for advancement in this rapidly growing structure. Start as a LIT(Lead-in-training) with scheduled performance reviews which determine opportunities for advancement.  Future consideration for lateral promotions within businesses/industries. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old  Must have a positive attitude and possess a strong work ethic  Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ pounds Must be able to work in all weather elements Must be able to work with fertilizer and weed killer  5 day work week - Must have flexible availability (typical day is 9am-6pm, some weekends may be required due to inclement weather) Experience is preferred, will train the right candidate  To be considered for advancement, must have valid driver's license and proficiency in operating commercial landscaping equipment (i.e. commercial walk-behind mowers, chainsaws, weed-whackers, leaf blowers, etc.) Benefits: Desirable hourly rate, monthly bonus and performance incentives  Inclusive culture in which celebrates the accomplishments of others while staying focus on self-development.
