We're a local family-owned company servicing Austin’s high-rise and commercial window cleaning, surface and parapet needs. We are hiring experienced Swing Stage Operator to join our team in Austin! Requirements: minimum 5 years experience User and OSHA competence training for suspended scaffolding including logged hours of operating, rigging, dismantle and erection of swing stages including experience and hours working with Davit Systems including Davit Arms, Outriggers, Counterweights and Balance Beams. Include use intermittent stabilization. Must be based in Austin and have reliable transportation. Must have experience working at height on high rise buildings. Must be in physically good health and able to lift and move heavy equipment, make minor repairs to motors and lower and pull steel cables and or power cables. When not working on Swing-Stage, will be required to assist as window cleaning technician. Must be organized and competent to perform checklists for rigging and properly store stage and secure cables between shifts. Compensation negotiable: Hourly rate varies: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
