Role Overview: As the Pinthouse Junior Assistant Maintenance Technician, it is your primary responsibility to keep all Pinthouse locations running well and looking good. Compensation: Salaried position. $30,000-$40,000 based on experience. Potential annual bonus of up to 5% of salary. Additional benefits and perks available including health care, 401k, and more. Role Responsibilities: Work with the Maintenance Team to plan and maintain the overall good, working order of each pub. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Painting Staining Sanding Sealing, etc. Caulking HVAC Cleaning Filter Replacements Clean and maintain buildings and grounds including but not limited to: Gutter Cleaning Window Washing Landscaping Weed Maintenance Mowing Pruning Leaf Pick Up and Removal Sidewalk Power Washing Asphalt/Striping Roof Cleaning HVAC Duct Cleaning/Dusting Arcade Maintenance Fleet Management Taking the trucks/vans in for oil changes etc. Basic maintenance and trouble shooting Forklift Maintenance and Troubleshooting Generate weekly report on the status and condition of all assigned maintenance tasks to be rolled up to Head Maintenance Technician Additional Responsibilities may include: Plumbing Pump Maintenance/Repair Basic Troubleshooting/Repair Hot Water Heater Maintenance/Repair Tankless Storage Carpentry/Framing Skills Masonry Work Role Requirements: Min of 2yrs experience with industrial equipment trouble shooting and repair Flexible schedule, including weekends and some overnights Current Drivers License Own Tools Own Vehicle Smart Phone/Tablet Competency Previous Experience with CMMS tools a plus Pass a background check Physical Requirements Primal functions require physical ability to work at location; to stand for prolonged period of time to frequently stoop, bend, crouch, reach, and twist: to lift, carry push, and/or pull moderate amounts of weight up to 100lbs; ability to climb ladders; to operate tools and equipment requiring hand movement and fine coordination May be required to travel Computer Competency Excel Word Internet Browser DropBox Email CMMS Software (HIPPO) a Plus Personality Characteristics: Detail Oriented Proactive Work Independently Dependable Stress Tolerant Neat Appearance Friendly High motivation/self-reliant Individual performer able to comfortably function within a team
