Part Time Property Maintenance position available. I'm looking for someone to work Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p,m, to take care of 17 acre property. Job includes mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping, spraying herbicide, fertilizing, over seeding, pressure washing, bush hogging, pulling weeds, maintaining pool and checking chemicals. The tractor and lawnmower must be cleaned and properly maintained. There are also miscellaneous projects that need to be completed such as painting, removing and replacing expansion joint caulk around the house and drive way. Basic knowledge of sprinkler systems would be nice. Must be organized, doesn't mind working alone and a problem solver. Must pass drug test. Criminal background check required.
