Hello~ We are a small Eco-friendly landscape maintenance company providing services to inner Portland. We are looking to hire a part time crew member to add to our growing business and team. We look forward to bringing in another crew member who is experienced in a related field and excited to grow with us. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a hard worker willing to take direction and communicate effectively, able to work independently, and be detail oriented while completing tasks quickly and efficiently. We offer competitive wages for landscape maintenance. We also offer regular raises and quarterly bonuses based on performance and experience. As an eco-friendly company, we do not use any chemicals, pull weeds by hand, use battery powered equipment, and use brooms and rakes to remove the majority of debris. Qualifications: One year of landscaping or related experience (construction, roofing, etc) required. Ability to lift 60 lbs, repeatedly. Ability to squat, bend, kneel, repeatedly. Ability to work long hours outdoors (up to 10 hrs/ day) in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) General knowledge of procedures and equipment used in landscape maintenance: mower, edger, blower, pruners, weeding, etc. Driver's license and clean driving record not required but a plus.
