PART TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE We have an opening for an experienced building maintenance person. This is a part time position. Applicants will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be punctual, proficient and organized. Duties will include: * Minor exterior building repairs, minor roof leak repairs, patio fence repairs and replacement, regular cleaning of gutters and roofs as needed, regular cleaning of concrete walkways, maintenance of sensor operated exterior lighting system. * Contact and work with licensed professional contractors for major building repairs such as re-roofs and exterior painting, concrete driveway or walkways replacement. * Supervise temporary seasonal help. Applicant will have: * Two years experience with building maintenance which may include siding repair and painting, roof leaks repair, and other exterior repairs as needed. * Valid Oregon drivers license and clean Oregon DMV record. * Good communications ability--able to read and write accurately and effectively in English * Be self-motivated and able to efficiently perform tasks with minimal supervision. Wage will be $14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
