We are looking for a reliable Handyperson to undertake repairs at the Interior and Exterior building level as well as Marina dock repair. Skillful hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyperson’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly for this job. Salary - $55,000 to $70,000 - DOE Responsibilities • Perform maintenance and repair work • Painting skills and dry wall repairs • Repair and replace equipment • Basic electric repairs and installation • Basic plumbing repairs and installations • Basic carpentry repairs and construction Skills • Operation of power tools • Experience with electrical equipment • Understanding of basic Electrical systems • Understanding of basic plumbing systems • Basic math skills • Basic carpentry skills • Communication skills • Organization and problem solving skills • All skills must be verifiable 8-5 - Monday - Friday Benefits: • Group Medical Insurance • Medical Includes Dental and Vision • 401 K Plan • Paid Vacation
