Expert Asphalt Inc. is looking for a sealcoating foreman and laborer. Our shop is located 30 miles west of Minneapolis and perform work across the entire metro. Job requirements: - Valid driver’s license or reliable ride to our shop every morning - Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs - You can understand and follow verbal directions - Stand and work for long periods of time - Experienced preferred for foreman position but not necessary. Duties may include but not limited to: - Cleaning debris, weeds, and overgrown grass from the work surface - Sealcoating driveways and parking lots - Be part of an independent 2 or 3-person crew - Keep track of and fill out paperwork needed - Responsible for collecting payments and returning them to our office - Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment - Report any vehicle/equipment maintenance or repairs needed - Obey applicable laws and follow dispatch instructions - Must keep vehicle clean and orderly - Regular and on time attendance Call us at 952 657 1181 Email us at [email protected]
