We are led by a passionate, creative, and a hardworking team of cannabis cultivation and processing experts. We are an outdoor cultivation facility in Cave Junction, and will be paying you as a 1099 contractor, with possibility for w2 employment. Our project is quickly growing, and we are looking to build a solid team for the long term, with raises and bonuses for consistency and loyalty. We are also looking to hire part time, or seasonal. We strive to produce the highest quality cannabis flower and extracted products at our state-of-the-art facilities in Oregon. We are looking for a Cultivation Technician Assistant that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures. In this role you will… • Assist cultivation manager and lead cultivators with all aspects of the cultivation process • Conduct plant maintenance on all aspects of growth cycle including: • Mother • Vegetative • Flowering • Take-down and post-harvest • Assist with defoliation, pruning, and up-potting, and trellising • Conduct irrigation maintenance • Maintain appropriate biosecurity measures • Clean and sanitize workspace per Company SOPs. • Assist with plant movements in accordance with Company SOPs and state regulation. Skills and experience you have... • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) • Previous experience in a labor/general labor role strongly desired. • Strong attention to detail and familiar with warehouse procedures. • Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale. • Ability to complete works in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity. • Ability to stand for long period of time and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work with a team as well as independently. • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/ or holidays, up to 6 days a week. • Must be at least 21 years of age *We are also in need of trimming crews and harvest crews, and may pay by the unit instead of hourly, depending on the project.
