•Assist with general installation and related responsibilities correctly, safely and timely for the divisional operation for which you are working: Commercial Roofing •Transport materials, equipment and rigging during project •Promote Chamberlin's Safety Program and use safe work practices •Learn and understand Chamberlin's core values of safety, quality and productivity •Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor Benefits: •401(k) •Dental insurance •Health insurance •Paid time off •Referral program •Vision insurance Schedule: •8 hour shift Monday to Friday COVID-19 Precaution(s): •Personal protective equipment provided or required •Social distancing guidelines in place •Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Roofing: 1 year of commercial roofing experience (Required) Abilities/Requirements: •Must have at least 1 year of Commercial Roofing Experience •Must be at least 18 years old •Must have a valid driver's license •Must be authorized to work in the United States (We do E-Verify) •Must be able to lift at least 100lbs •Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions •Must be able to work in elevated locations •Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary •Must be able to pass a “fit for duty” exam (lifting, bending, climbing, squatting, etc.) •Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations •Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company
