We are currently hiring fine dining catering staff for upcoming events in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. We are looking for dynamic, customer-service oriented individuals to join our team immediately. Candidates must be detail oriented, outgoing, good problem solvers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. TIMES: Event work available days, nights and weekends. PAY: $17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour - W2 positions- Paid by direct deposit one week after the event ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude committed to a teamwork effort · Assume all duties and responsibilities as assigned by a department head · Set up of catering service according to client/customer requests and banquet event orders · Must perform wait and service standards within specific time frames · Must always be aware of guests in the room and be attentive to their needs · Must have knowledge of the menu and an ability to give a good “flavorful” description · Exceptional customer service expressed in a professional manner, to the degree of which our guests are satisfied · Ability to carry a serving tray · Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event · Replenishes food and beverage product during event · Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post event; returns equipment to proper storage area. · Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager UNIFORM · solid black or white button-down dress shirt, solid black dress slacks, solid black fitted vest, solid black long or bow tie, solid black socks, solid black catering shoes *QUALIFICATIONS* · Demonstrates excellent customer service skills · Must be TABC Certified · At least 2 year of fine dining experience · Clearly communicate in English · Must have reliable transportation  · Must be 18 years of age or older · Must have valid driver's license · Must be able to pass a background check · Must have natural colored hair and no visible tattoos or piercings · Must have a working cell phone (any provider is fine) TO APPLY: If available, interested and qualified, please reply with your resume.  We look forward to hearing from you soon!!!
