Responsibilities: • Work as a subcontractor to conduct a variety of functions such as landscaping, home repair, some cabinetry, flooring, plumbing and electrical, air conditioner/heater annual servicing, coordination of larger projects as required. • Perform inspection of home and document deficiencies, repairs, or the need for replacement options. • Maintain the physical stamina and ability to lift 60 lbs., climb stairs, check under beds, move furniture, etc. • Use phone applications to receive maintenance notifications, update restocking needs, and report deficiencies, repairs and replacements. • Highly productive and willing to be part of a team with the common goal to please our guests in the short-term rental market. • Ability to be flexible with scheduling and coordination of maintenance tasks. • Detail and process oriented. • Ability to problem-solve. More about us and the job: • You will be required to use your own vehicle to drive to each location • We believe in working hard to provide our guests with a great experience every time. • The best applicants will have a history of work experience as a cleaner with references. • Background check will be required. • Work week includes weekends and some holidays. • Compensation could range anywhere from $300 to $600 per week depending on number of houses you can effectively maintain. • Compensated weekly (require bank account). • 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.
