Honda of Burlington, part of the Nelson Family Automotive Group, is looking for an enthusiastic customer service oriented person to join our team.
Job Description: The Porter reports to the service department and assists customers by taking them to and from their destinations while their vehicle is being serviced. Leaving a great first impression with customers is key. Performs various tasks for service department. Strong customer service skills. Bi-lingual a plus.
Position Requirements:
· Current driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
· Maintain a professional appearance.
· Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
· Maintains log of customer pick up and arrival times and locations.
· Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
· Fuels vehicles
· Parks vehicles
· Assists customers in the proper operation of rental cars.
· Cleans out rental cars upon return.
· Runs errands for dealership.
· Installs license plates on new cars.
Full-Time Position 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday
Hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hourly rate depending upon experience.
Must be at least 18 year old, clean driving record and authorized to work in the United States.
