Description

The Receiver will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided tools, the Receiver will document vehicle condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. In addition, by using a system of priorities, the Receiver will be responsible for directing the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Receiver will be responsible for facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs. Duties and Repsponsibilites: Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles Determine operational capability of motor vehicles Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles Maintain inventory of all materials used Compliance to company policies and procedures Compliance to safety requirements Requirements Two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment One year of receiving and/or inventory experience High school diploma General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude Ability to differentiate colors Basic computer proficiency, with ability to operate handheld devices Excellent customer service skills and attitude Multi-task in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work in extreme conditions (weather and terrain) Bilingual skill a plus Driver's license preferred Occasional overtime Other duties as assigned Benefits Medical Dental Vision Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Voluntary Short and Long Term Disability Life & AD&D Insurance Retirement Savings Plan (401k) Stock Options Employee Assistance Plan Tuition Reimbursement up to $5000.00 Copart scholarships available for employee's children Rosetta stone available to help learn a new language Vacation pay, sick pay, and paid holidays APPLY TODAY Search for Arlington WA Receiver #048-10701
