Forming eclectic band with harmonies

Looking to start a band that plays everything/anything that people generally know. Sort of like if WXRT was a band and the DJs still had control of the playlists and also played really good songs from genres XRT doesn't represent. I want every person in the group to sing some leads but always harmonies. Harmonies are requirement 1. Liking more music/genres than you hate is requirement 2. Playing at least one instrument is the only other requirement.
