Carpenter to finish steps/handrail

Hi! I need some help with finishing a project. Stairs have been build but need handrails and structure stabilised. The handrails need to match deck handrails (see photos) I have the material but no tools. Only capable people please that have done this type of work before and been successful. Thanks
