JAS Property Preservation, LLC is in need of a handyman/Subcontractors who can perform preservation work and bid work on bank owned homes. We need someone who can perform services such as lock change, inspections, trash-out, sales clean, and eviction. Also, we require the ability to perform and bid repair work such as fencing, landscaping(trimming), dead tree removals, siding, fascia, gutters, drywall, cabinetry and full and partial rehab work. **Must have own equipment to perform winterization pressure tests. We do not discount on bids and receive 80% - 90% bid approvals. We prefer but do not require** someone with experience in servicing HUD, Fannie Mae, REO, and PFC homes.
