As a Landscape & Irrigation Installation Laborer, you will be part of the team responsible for quality commercial and residential landscape installations. This position is a full time, year round position pertaining to the many aspects of the industry including, but not limited to:  Planting Trees/Shrubs  Mulching  Sodding/Seeding  Grading/Drainage  Light Stone Work  Irrigation Installation The team member we are looking for will:  Have reliable transportation to and from Ideal Landscaping headquarters located in Holly Springs NC.  Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.  Be able to bend and stoop on a continuous basis.  Be able to work outside in all weather conditions.  Wear all company provided safety equipment.  Present yourself in a clean and polite manner.  Be able to work with a diverse group as a team.  Be dependable with a strong work ethic.  Follow all safety protocol and procedures.  Be able to pass any required background check and drug test. ***In addition we are looking for Landscape & Irrigation Assistant Foremen and Foremen able to perform all of the above as well as:  Have minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.  Have minimum of 3 years commercial landscape experience.  Have extensive knowledge and experience with irrigation systems and controllers.  Have extensive knowledge and experience with installing two wire systems.  Possess a valid NCDL with a clean driving record and be able to drive a landscape truck while pulling a loaded trailer if needed.
