You’ll be scheduled across the Portland Metro area to service our Residential and Commercial clients! Must have a personal vehicle for travel, we reimburse mileage. Once you’re on our team, you’ll be eligible for full medical benefits (90 days after start date), monthly reimbursement for use of your smartphone, yearly reimbursement for your tools, and ongoing safety and skill development training. *The compensation for this position requires a seasoned and skilled residential maintenance technician with 5 years of experience. If you do not have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance for the residential property management industry, please do not apply* Compensation & Schedule: Flexible Schedule, M-F 8 AM 4:30 PM (flexible) | Pay $23-28 depending on experience Medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as, 80 hours PTO eligible after 90 days Requirements: Tools, smartphone, van/truck, and a great attitude. Required for this position: You must be able to walk, crouch, bend, lift up to 65 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours a day. You must have a valid driver's license. A full drug test and background check are required.
