*MUST BE WILLING TO COMMIT TO AT LEAST 1 YR Now hiring a maintenance technician for an apartment community in Logan, UT! Spanish speaking a plus! Duties will include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and grounds. You will respond to service requests for repairs needed in resident apartment homes. Snow removal in the winter and on call duties are required in a rotation (approximately every 6 weeks) with other co-workers. *Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical. Willing to learn and advance a big plus! Looking for a go-getter attitude! *Experience with water heaters & PTAC units * Apartment Make-Ready * Honest, Hardworking, Takes Initiative * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Good customer service skills * Ability to work independently and organize tasks. * Flexibility to be on call. (about every 6 weeks) * general maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a plus. * Must have a valid driver's license * Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and vehicle insurance. *Must be able to pass a background check!
