We are expanding our team of Home Energy Evaluator's and Auditors to keep up with all the homes/people that need our help. This is an entry level position with a career path to grow and succeed. We can and will train the right candidates who are positive and outgoing. Successful candidates may be offered a Home Energy Evaluator position with the company to start and put on a path to become a FOR Certified Home Energy Inspector. Position is an in-field/in-home position so, need to feel comfortable working and engaging with people. Typically only reporting in to the office once a week for on-going training and weekly company meet. The company will provide a company vehicle! Evaluator - Inspector Responsibilities: -Conduct a physical site survey using a variety of equipment and tools including, but not limited to: measuring devices, hand tools, various ladder types and sizes, and Personal Protective Equipment. -Take good site photographs that depict the condition of the home. -Prepare evaluation reports in a preset electronic template, and complete report presentations to standards. --------Upload documents, photographs, and reports to the appropriate places. -Provide and maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record. This job requires driving in your personal vehicle, until company vehicle is earned. Gas will be reimbursed and oil changes paid for. Must have a reliable vehicle to start. -Additional duties required as needed Evaluator - Inspector Qualifications: -Some experience in a discipline related to construction or building sciences; estimating or site auditing experience is preferred (However, will train the right people) -Must be able to lift 50 lbs -Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, hot attic) -Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops of multi-level buildings -Ability to stay organized and maintain professional records. -Good written and verbal communication skills -Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen -Must have a clean driving record (example- no DUI in the last 5 years) -Must have a valid state driver's license -Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required -Thrive in a team environment Job Type: Full-time (guaranteed 40 hours for full work week) What FOR Energy Provides: -Positive Work Environment -PTO Accrual after 3 months -Flexible schedule -Company Vehicle -A place to call home!
