We are a very small family-owned and operated moving company looking to add experienced helpers and crew leaders/loaders/drivers to our pack. Positions start as part-time with the potential to go full-time quickly with opportunity for advancement. We are 5-star rated across all platforms and are BBB accredited. Must have experience as a professional mover with verifiable work history in the household goods moving industry. Must be physically fit and able to lift 100+ lbs. Must be able to work extended hours in the summer Arizona heat doing physical labor. Must have own vehicle, driver's license, and phone. Must have open availability for early morning/last minute emergency jobs. There will be a probationary period to determine level of experience before a permanent position offer is made. We currently offer immediate weekly pay with direct deposit available. After 90 days of continuous employment, we also offer sick pay, holiday pay, and bonus/incentive programs to all employees. Our crew leaders who are drivers and loaders also receive paid vacation time after one year of employment. We are technically located in San Tan Valley, crews report for duty at a single location on the San Tan Valley/Florence border. There will be a $250 sign-on bonus once 60 days of continuous employment has passed, with no call-offs/late shows.
