Job description for: Countertop Fabricator/ General Laborer Hiring Immediately!! Well established stable company, still growing! The Countertop Fabricator/General Laborer will set up and operate a variety of woodworking equipment and use a variety of hand tools to fabricate countertops. If you have either laminate or solid surface, please apply! Key to hire: **Must be able to lift to 100# with this type of materials involved. ** Duties and Responsibilities: • Read and understand company production documents of items to be produced. • Measure and mark dimensions on panel and laminate raw material. • Set up and operates various equipment, such as saws and routers to cut and shape countertops from laminate, and solid surface materials. • Assemble to produce a complete finished product. • Perform other duties or projects as assigned. Requirements: • Having experience in countertops or wood working field is a plus. • Must be able to read tape measure and build countertops from fabrication paperwork. • Work well with limited supervision and a good attitude • Must have excellent attendance and the ability to work Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays *****Possibly willing to train the “right” person with a carpentry background or similar. This is great for someone who wants to learn the industry and is searching for a solid stable company ***** **Pay: $ 13.00-16.00 per hour –Depending on experience.
