Missing 10 month old small male dog

Please help find our missing baby. His name is fat boy he is 10 months old. Black and white terrier mix. Missing on Feb 28th at around 6pm between 43rd and 51st ave and the i-10. He was in a car on the i-10 when he suddenly leaped out of the window onto the freeway, unfortunately the person that had our baby with them did not stop. There were reports seen on Facebook later that night that they spotted him on the i10 freeway between 43rd ave and 51st ave in the west bound traffic running around and it was reported. We have tried driving around the interstate and I have contacted maricopa animal care and they are aware. Please any info is appreciated please message me with any info at any time if you have it
