Experience in the labor/construction field preferred but not required, we are willing to train. Requirements: Must be hardworking and reliable Able bodied for attic work Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Working knowledge with basic construction tools Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Open availability Responsibilities: Helping our crew on various jobs including but not limited to air sealing, attic insulation, duct sealing, caulking, draft blocking AND HVAC. Working as a team to complete jobs efficiently with attention to details. Bringing required materials to jobs and picking up materials if needed.
