Field Crew for Asphalt Maintenance Company - Job Positions to Start Immediately... The Field Crew is on the front lines of asphalt maintenance projects on a daily basis and works in a “team atmosphere”. The field crew is responsible for the finished product of whichever project you are assigned to (asphalt repair, seal coating, crack sealing,). Open positions are: Grade Operator Grade Foreman Grade Man Mill Operator Fine Grade Dozer Operator Asphalt Paver Operator Willing to train the right person. Field Crew will be trained in all aspects of seal coating, crack sealing, asphalt repair. Experience is desired and/or a plus. Pay is based on the level of experience. We perform the highest quality workmanship in the industry. We expect all team members to embrace our principles for quality, and will accept nothing less than the highest quality workmanship in the industry. Valid driver’s license is a must, CDL B is a plus. You must be available to work on weekends.
