The City Farmer Lawn & Landscape 1437 Washington Avenue Grand Haven, Michigan 49417 616-842-0360 The City Farmer Lawn & Landscape is looking to add Mowing, Landscaping & Pruning Crew Leaders and Team Members to our growing company. These position are full-time and year-round with the ability to do snow removal during the winter months. Candidates must be hardworking team players that are willing to work in all outdoor elements and are not afraid to get dirty! Experience is a plus. Tasks associated with this position may include, but are not limited to: - Direct activities on the job site - Manage personnel effectively and efficiently - Maintain all tools, equipment and machinery for job - Track and record all job expenses, hours worked and materials used - Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times - Other duties as required Candidate Must: - Have valid Driver’s License - Have knowledge of plants and landscape materials - Have excellent customer service skills - Be able to lift up to 50 lbs - Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods of time - Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment - Be able to uphold company standards by providing excellent customer service and quality work - Maintain equipment and keep accurate records for all jobs Compensation: - Pay will be based on years of experience, starting at $14/hr + vacation/retirement benefits.
