The City Farmer Lawn & Landscape 1437 Washington Avenue Grand Haven, Michigan 49417 616-842-0360 The City Farmer Lawn & Landscape is looking to add Landscape & Pruning Members to our growing team. This position is full-time and year-round with the ability to do snow removal during the winter months. These individuals will be responsible for the installation, management and upkeep of landscape and hardscape projects being completed with precision and business minded efficiency. Candidate must be a hardworking team player that is willing to work in all outdoor elements and is not afraid to get dirty! Experience is a plus. Tasks associated with this position may include, but are not limited to: - Direct activities on the job site - Manage personnel effectively and efficiently - Maintain all tools, equipment and machinery for job - Track and record all job expenses, hours worked and materials used - Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times - Other duties as required Candidate Must: - Have valid Driver’s License - Have knowledge of plants and landscape materials - Have excellent customer service skills - Be able to lift up to 50 lbs - Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods of time - Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment - Be able to uphold company standards by providing excellent customer service and quality work - Maintain equipment and keep accurate records for all jobs Compensation: - Pay will be based on years of experience, starting at $15/hr + vacation/retirement benefits.
