FULL TIME ~ LONG TERM Mover Helper for Local, Established, Family Owned Moving/Service Company that services all of New Jersey. 30+ years in business. Starts within one week. DAYS/HOURS: ~ 40 - 60 hours/week, some weeks/months are busier than others. ~ We are not a seasonal business. We are busy 12 months a year and have a no lay-off policy. ~ Monday - Saturday. ~ Some days start as early as 5am and we stay until the jobs are finished. ~ No lay-off policy ~ Strict No Smoking Policy (includes vaping) COMPENSATION: ~ $20/hr. plus tips ~ Time and a half after 40 hrs./wk. ~ 40 hrs. year paid sick leave ~ Paid Holidays after 6 months ~ 50% Paid Health & Dental after 3 month waiting period ~ 100% Paid Health & Dental after 9 months ~ One week Paid Vacation after 1 year ~ $1500 Cash bonus at one year anniversary ~ Costco Membership JOB REQUIREMENTS: ~ Physically able to lift, carry, load, and unload Furniture, Appliances, Boxes, Bags and Containers up to 150 lbs. with a helper and/or moving equipment ~ Ability to work with Android Tablet to access Information and Descriptions for Jobs. ~ Report to work on time every day ~ The usual expectations of respect, commitment and taking pride in your work DUTIES: ~ Helping Load and Unload Trucks ~ Dumpster Loading ~ Lifting, Carrying, Loading and Unloading anything/everything found within a home, yard, shed, office. ~ Truck Cleaning ~ Yard Maintenance ~ All other related jobs, truck, yard & shop tasks required to maintain safe, neat, clean, organized and efficient work areas, trucks, equipment, etc. Please send UPDATED Resume to [email protected].
