Guardian is seeking a Full-Time Handyman for a high-end residential building in Asbury Park. Reporting directly to the Building Superintendent, the handyman accomplishes task/projects on a daily basis in accordance with the highest possible standards and the manufacturer requirements. Key Job Responsibilities: • Flooring • Carpeting • Painting • Plastering • Drywall • Wall coverings • Appliances • Windows • Doors • Electrical • HVAC • General Maintenance Work Orders Handyman is to work as directed by his/her Supervisor, Foreperson and/or Guardian Management. The capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the tenants of a high end residential community.
