Solar Installer Job location: 77585 Enfield Ln, Suite A, Palm Desert, CA, 92211 Job type: Full-time $15 - $19 per hour Job Description Our solar business is growing quickly and we are expanding our installation teams to keep up with the mounting demand. Desired Candidate Solar Installer/Technician We are seeking Residential Solar Installers/Technicians who can be a strong addition to our team. PV installers are responsible for the entire installation. You will be an essential component to our first-class service. You will be responsible for assembly of the PV system, solar array, roofing and panel framing. Desired Qualities: Strong knowledge of Hand tools and Electric tools Knowledge of electrical components, read project plans Willingness to be instructed and take criticism well Ability to work in high places, ability to lift heavy objects, Climbing, squatting, reaching, bending Necessary Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting and repair Experience with SolarEdge technology Working knowledge of construction and/or roofing Ability to show great work ethic Ability to work well with others that are on your team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to keep a positive attitude and mind set Ability to be comfortable working on roofs, in high or tight areas, pride in workmanship is highly appreciated Experience: 2-4 years Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
