Full Time Maintenance Employee needed for busy hotel (Palm Springs) This is a full time position. Must be available to work afternoon and evening hours, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Include: * Respond real time to any needs by guests for maintenance assistance in rooms. * Works with Front Desk and Housekeeping on any preventative maintenance. * Preventative Maintenance sheets done daily. * Performs Daily, Weekly, and Seasonal maintenance tasks as needed. * Works with the General Manager on long term upkeep projects for the hotel. * Work is carried in accordance with fire and safety regulations. * Makes repairs to showers, toilets, faucets, sinks, lights as needed. * Performs basic drywall, painting, and wood repairs. Must have a minimum of 3 years maintenance/handyman experience
