As a local nonprofit, we are currently seeking a Part-time Groundskeeper and Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs at our home office. This is a non-benefit eligible part-time position. Hours are flexible. Biweekly pay. Duties include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, carpet cleaning and lawncare. Qualifications: General maintenance knowledge and ability, ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, lift, use/grip tools/equipment, proficiency in reading, writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal communications. Must hold a valid Driver’s License. All qualified applicants are subject to drug and criminal background screening.
